Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Our default shipping method is by UPS.

Standing Room Tent Supply will make every effort to deliver your order as fast as possible. However, there may be certain conditions that may delay your delivery. Please keep in mind the following:

Delivery may be delayed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Standing Room Tents. This includes but not limited to weather conditions and/or interruptions of services provided by our shipping carriers.

For Next Day or 2nd Day shipping methods, your signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available for signature request upon delivery or the package may be returned to us.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 noon EST will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking (if available) details.

Find the USPS, UPS tracking number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at either usps.com or ups.com to check status of the shipment.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's website (your order can be shipped either via USPS or UPS). For orders shipped via USPS please remember that USPS only provides a Delivery Confirmation number which is typically only updated after the delivery has been attempted or completed.
